I believe Bob Lorsch & MMRGlobal will prevail.

Judge Wright's initial ruling was a disappoint, however that decision is being appealed. And the fact that the appellate court is taking the case is ONLY good news for the company & share holders.

The defendants attorney's wanting their legal fees paid??? Those are fools for lawyers. No one is going to pay anything especially legal fees until the lawsuit is settled.

However, when MMRGlogal, Inc. wins the case in the appeal MMRF legal fees will be covered in those licensee fee's the defendants have to pay.

I'm also thankful MMRF has a CEO that anytime I email or put a call into him if he is not available at the time he does get back with me. As He Did Just Last Week.
