they shall be deemed in default, the proceeding will be determined against them, and the registrations of their securities will be revoked. See OIP at 3; 17 C.F.R. § 155(a)(2), .220(f). It is further ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to begin on March 16, 2015, is POSTPONED and a telephonic prehearing conference shall be held at 2:00 p.m. EDT, on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, if the proceeding is not resolved by then.

This is the response I received from Calypte:

I have been authorized to make a brief statement to investors.

The shares were suspended from trading by the SEC due to a delay in filing
the required 10-K. We are working now to resolve this issue, meanwhile
Calypte is conducting business as usual.
