I HOPE the SEC halts this pos , YES I own shares and NO I am not happy.
I prefer to take a loss and see the SEC put a nail in this since the ceo and 3rd parties are the only ones allowed to make money.
Another R/S would only do the same as the last one ,down to trips and TRY to RINSE and REPEAT!

I Personally dOUBT that the SEC allows nodder R/S but I guess time will tell.
