Seeing as the AS increase is factored into the PPS by now, I see this as a positive in building trust(Go Dror!) that it has officially been released. I expect a dip to possibly pick up my remaining order(.001) Monday then BOOM. With financials around the corner(a week from this coming Tuesday) I expect a run up sometime next week. Then when released depending on the #'s either a dip or run.(A high likelihood of a run)

The reason I believe the above has a high percentage of happening is that old saying we all should be familiar with, "Buy rumor,Sell news". Well this time the reverse will be true. Sell on rumor buy news, being that that the buy on rumor sell news usually has a positive base with a negative outcome. This time we've got a negative base with what I believe to be a positive outcome headed our way. Could be completely wrong, but this is what I believe to be true.

I'm not going to deny that the remainder of the market that did not understand that the AS has been raised won't sell, because a lot will, but they will be mistaken in their decision and I will be buying their shares(10 million of them).

There is very little debt(around 350-400k) if you think about it in terms of how much this company produces per quarter. Also with the quote from Dror stating there's going to be more debt payments before maturity we are nearing the completion of this situation. Assuming Dror covers 200k in debt we will have a remaining balance of around 150-200k in debt by convertables which I believe to be completed next week.;)

I believe we will end up with close to 3 billion OS and with the average conversion rate being .001 to be fair and lean toward the worst case scenario, that's another 150-200 million in converter's hands and with them not producing any profit below that .001 figure produces an PPS fluctuation between where we are now and .001 with BIG volume coming next week to rid ourselves of these pesky dilutor's being that this is the last chance to buy in the .001's.

We could very well get news with meat to allow us to relieve ourselves of this debt at a increased pace.
