I hate them for keeping shareholders in dark but one thing I can say is that their Active X bar packaging looks professional and attractive doesn't look like product from a penny company.

I think they miserably failed in distribution and getting the sales going to keep the company live. Partnering with a company like Pepperidge with great distribution network and infrastructure should make a big difference.

hope the rumor come true for the sake of us all and it will be a overnight 3000% winner if that happens.
