I would like to add a couple more points. Before the talk of AG Lynch, I found out in political circles that the ruling that Judge Mueller will make is quite favorable towards those involved in pot/cannabis.

2nd point
The Senators have drafted legislation that would reclassify marijuana. The 3 senators involve 2 democrats and 1 republican. The republican is Rand Paul.

The way this is going, it's going to be pretty hard to reverse course because you already have nearly 30 states with some form of legislation already allowing it. How can you undo it? You can't!
