Couple points. We are expecting this trial. It says Eli-200 and it says Oxydocone and it says 6 hours...so that is the drug here as I see it.

Then regarding lawsuit. Epic and others were sued and a few settled early and a few were dismissed as memory served....I don't think a lawsuit here is going to have legs.
