Dude, you may be happy, but coming here and bragging about your 18.25% returns on the preferred shares you supposedly own is sorta like spitting in the face of your dying mother, and if you can't understand that, you really need help. All common shareholders are deeply in the whole here, as you should well be aware, but you are still positive?? You can't see the problem there? As long as I'm "buried" in common, I will continue to take a leak wherever I please, thank you very much.
