Never said anything at all about a trading halt. The share count is what is going up. A r/s will halt the increase in the share count. What a stupid interpretation of the current events Vargass. If you think the CEO will not approve a R/S, you are dreaming. You did see how many shares have been dumped in the past 2.5 months, right? I challenge you to show me another POS penny stock who has a preferred shareholder pumping the positive's of common stock? It just doesn't make any sense, no matter which way ya look at it.
