I respectfully disagree.

I have $17.300 reasons to be here warning new investors GRLF is a failed gold mining company that hires a new CEO after Lovito scammed investors and the stock stayed stagnate. Jumps on the MJ band wagon with a lot of dreams of getting rich yet pumped to dump billions of shares all last year. The only thing that Mike did all year was the name change ?
1. There are thousands of good honest people experienced in the investment community. Lets face it if Mike was honest why did he mislead us so many times last year ? Each time he did a pr he dumped hundreds of millions of shares. Have you looked at the OS/AS lately ?
2. You have ANY proof of Mike having accomplished anything in Co. or Maine ?
3. 2100 people on Mj-Xchange in a year. At this rate It'll take 20 years to get to 1 million ?
4. MJ is going to be huge for those not scamming people to get there's. Mike had nothing but a couple web sites to suck in investors an spend to entire year fishing for something else and so far has proven to come up empty. For all we know he spent the year at the golf course. Spending my money.
5. We have not been shut down or suspended...Yet... Many real Mj stocks with real business's have been suspended for doing exactly what Mikes doing and they have products and real business's.
6. Theirs not been a RS... Yet... 5 Bilion in the OS alone with nothing of value.. Trust me there will be. Mike has nothing of Value to justify the share count being any higher then .0002. The Market seems to agree.
7. Why would any industrial investor invest in GRLF when the entire business is Mike after he showed how he mislead his current investors ?
8. As a profitable MJ business GRLF is not one unless you count selling shares.
9. Mike has no company unless you count his personal residents and a couple web sites proven a bust. And a OTC account to sell shares to suckers willing to trust him.

No marijuana business's ( Anything ) Mj-Exchange is dead.
No Marijuana products
No Proven Revenue/Income
No Office
No Company
No Employee's ( Except Mike )
No Money
5 Billion shares to sell on hype of a MJ business.

Audited Fins - not done
TA change - not done
Ad server - not done
Mobile App - not done
Boots on the ground - none
CO warehouses - no where to be found
CO plants - no where to be found
MJmerchant - non existant
Mobile testing lab - missing in action
Maine store front - still no address
New advertisers on MJX in the last 6 months - none

Mike has 2 penny stock scams running the same BS, Both are worthless.
