couple of ?s ...
is this type of restructuring (creative accounting?), especially of a company at near infancy, something any of you have ever seen before?
if the shareholders (us) own 25% of the shares in each of these subs will the total number of shares then be determined by how many shares we collectively own and is this something you've ever seen done?
apologies if my queries are silly or redundant ... simply trying to get a grasp
