As long as SNDY is still trading you have lost anything,,if you haven't already sold at a lost you're just down on paper..

It's the same when a stock goes,,you actually haven't made that gain until you sell.. It's just up on paper...

So stop worrying about these little up & down paper value ticks...until you actually make the sell...
