So - bottom line Chuck, how can a r/s happen on the 24th as some are saying unless FINRA would have received notice on 3/14 ?

I don't know if they have or haven't BUT wouldn't that notification be on the FINRA site as public info ?

Hell, I'm long no matter what so I really don't care but I don't quite get how it can be enacted on the 24th ?
