Can someone more knowledgeable than me just double check this seemingly simple question:

Don't they have ten (10) Calendar days from it passing to submit a r/s request to FINRA ??

* I'm no math expert but if the r/s passed on the 10th...wouldn't that have had to be in by close of Business on Friday 3/20? Nobody has seen anything on FINRA yet, correct ? Not trying to stir things up but am I correct in this line of thinking ? Thx
