Imagine the criticism & boycotting of PYMNTS from these financial giants if they in fact awarded a 1st Place Gold Medal based on online voting, that'd translate to PYMNTS.com bringing in highly respected/paid judges just to give an award to a "higher number of votes", do they really need judges if the task were that simple?

Wouldn't that also ensure startup companies with a true innovative groundbreaking product never receive recognition or an award simply because they have not the online voting power compared to their multibillion dollar competitors?
