Exactly and not knowing the Conversion details behind the recent notes leads me to assume that the current note holders are holding shares that they recieved for .001, but I always lean toward the worst case scenario when dealing with the OTC because of their reputation. So with that logic you can assume that we won't go below there unless there's panic or illiquidity. I have estimated their share current share count at around 200 million shares(for 200k in debt assuming Dror pays 150-200 dollars in cash), but as I have said this is a estimate and it could very well be more just as much as it could be less. In my opinion it's pretty close to being on target. I bought friday thinking there was a possibility of a PR coming out. We got an 8k, which is a positive in my opinion. I will be buying more shares and I hope it is at .001. All in all 200 million wont take long to get rid of if the volume stays above 100 mil a day...
