Much of what you say may be true at your micro level but I think you are missing many key points about ECIG on a macro level. You can not compare your marketing plan that focuses on regional customer loyalty and specialty products to ECIGs marketing plan which focuses on mass retail, brand recognition, and global expansion. If you look at things a bit more objectively I would think you would have to agree with these points:

-ECIG (both in the US and UK) has been extremely successful getting it's brands on the shelves of Mass Retail.
-ECIG has been more much successful then it's main competitors (Bit T) in transitioning from cig-a-likes to vaping products at the mass retail level.
-ECIG is the first to mass market with a pre-filled vaping system in the USA
-UK?? (not sure)
-Pre-filled vaping systems are less likely to be regulated then the alternative in both the US and UK.
-Industry Consolidation will happen
-ECIG will have a better chance of weathering regulations then smaller independents.
-It is possible many Vaping manufactures will go out of business with regulations.
-It is possible many independent/specialty shops will be put out of business with new regulations or be forced to carry more generic big brands.
-ECIG has successfully began entering markets other then the US and UK and should be able to continue doing so (if it remains part of their plan).

Is this pumping??
