IMO the split will show in the FINRA list on monday or tuesday, a PR simply stating the RS occurence and its reasoning will not come before the split but after hours on the split day, the split will take effect on tuesday or wednesday (1:20), the 10 K (or possibly strong guidance and the announcement of the 10k date)will come out as soon as trading resumes possibly by thursday.
