Art, do you have any idea just what the float is in IPRE??? The outstanding shares,and the float, is not very large on the pink sheets stats.Maybe they issued more shares recently to raise capital for business expenses.That might explain the inability to move up unless the volume is very heavy. The other puzzling thing is, "where is all the selling coming from in the last couple of days? I'm in a little higher than we are now, but am seriously considering taking a larger position, thus the need for some of my questions. Regards, Florida
