No way is this 10Q going to be good. Companies do not hold back on great news. Now if you happen to disagree, please show me your example by giving me the company symbol that you are refering to and I can take it from there. They had 45 days to get this in order but yet they need 5 more? Really. This is not Apple we are talking about here. There is probably a free app for their phone they could do this with. So I don't buy that they were just to busy. Shame on them for doing this time after time. The NT-10Q is a way for companies going through a merger or similar events to be given more time. It is not for delaying the inevitable.
