If you read my post, you will have seen that I also asked Maine to produce documented evidence about any so-called 'case'. There's unlikely to be any. What appears to be a paradox with FLPC, is that for 5 years of promises and lies, they are now talking about a restructure. The Paradox is that how does a company with no money and piles of owings right down to their website, think they are going to raise the cash to build upon a restructure. A sponser maybe? No chance because there won't be anything in it for them. Don't be fooled mate, it's unlikely to happen.

The Board are kidding you because if they can't make it work after 5 years worth of investments and money wasting, why do you suppose they are supposedly getting their finger out now when they could have done it ages ago?

What they are hoping to do is lure new investors to pile in the cash because they assume that FLPC will rise again. This BoD are just organising another 'try-on', and no doubt it will be a plausable one....may even be the genuine article!

If...BIG If they do actually make this work, and you said yourself that it may not, there's two ways you may make a killing on this share. One is to throw everything including the kitchen sink into it and pray that upon announcing ALL the proposals, this will rocket and you WILL make money. If you do, DO NOT HOLD, take your profit and get out QUICK.

Second: If you don't sell and hold, you could end up like everyone is right now, with almost nothing. One share I was in, proved this and I got it wrong! Put money into it in anticipation and it failed. Another, I chose to wait until the share started to prove itself with a strong trend upwards. By that time, I knew it was going to be OK. I lost out on the initial rise, but at least I knew that the company was proving to do what they said it would. With FLCP, well, your money your choice.

(Just don't be fooled by these guys, you've read enough warnings!)

Good luck to all that take the risk on the restructure.
