I'm hoping that World Currency and Precious Metal Traders has been either sold or shut down. That would mean no tangible operating business for Union Equity. After the SEC audit is complete that will make UNQT a very clean "shell". There is some great info regarding shell companies and reverse mergers @ Venturevest.com . Click on shell/reverse mergers... Well worth taking time to visit the sight. They state that most private companies will require current audited financials... I do believe that UNQT is soon going to be doing business in Canada! After all,there is a reason JT rented office space on Canada...
