that aside.....Neocon is a label which gained popularity in the 1980s....and, it merely pointed to right-wing views promulgated by the use of government....(the departure from traditional conservatism is in the role of government....traditional wanting less while neocons want more)....
Fascism however is a term I find to be misused on a daily basis....Fascism is the "corporate state" exerted via dictatorship....it controls the socio-economic environment, yet is not designed as a two tier system like communism.
