I'll take what you say with a grain of salt, unless you are a fly and perch yourself on the wall of Jala's Office or meeting room, you do not have definitive info on where they are going with this. No one knows if or when they may expand nationally, but they are clearly making progress here and the PR indicates that they will be expanding outside of the New England six states. The stock price hit .21 with no national expansion, and it is already coming off the 52 week low of 0029. This is going up from here, maybe not to 21 cents, but its going up! It is a low float stock and any appreciable buying at the ask will move this a lot higher than the current price.
