heck no... merck just gives up their new fda approved compound to any yokel on the street... I know they have soft partnered with many companies to see how effective the compound can be for different indications but one of those companies is oncs and it is a collaborative endeavor. granted, ucsf is conducting the study but with some potentially important compounds. if this comes out positive, I hesitate to guess where the pps will go. I'm hanging on and adding.
