Shorts approach works well in situations when a hearing in the court runs from one term to other with brakes of months. Shorts know that they can't be vulnerable in that period of time and can easy cover. It allows them to "swim in shallow water" with no worry about coming of sharks.
However, what will happen if shareholders and govt come to agreement before June?
It leads me to think that shorts will be caught with their pants down.
