I probably used incorrect word. Jim said that SVFC is working on something ( within the company) and the contract is not yet signed between Hanover and SVFC and no one knows when they sign it. I strongly think that something will happen to SVFC and so the pps, but just don't know if this is going to be good or bad. Silence and no contract yet looks like SVFC walked away from it for now.
