I was going along that line of thought and was about to post the following when I read your post. I believe it is along the same line.
Has anyone thrown around the idea that perhaps the delay in submitting the 10q isn't to adjust what's in it, but to wait for some announcement that would take away the confidentiality of having it in the 10q ?
