I can tell you one thing, from the action volume in the last three weeks, I think a penny would be a long shot. frankly the pumpers around here are loaded with shares and they're trapped IMO. They want to sell but can't down here." they do not want to take a loss ". I WOULD SHORT ON ANY STRENGHT AROUND78-79 RANGE. AND YES WE WILL SEE 3'SSS IMO.
