To be a money maker for them again I would imagine, to be utilized for pump and dump campaigns again. Vargass also says that he expects a huge reverse split. That may very will be coming and would help get the common stock "on track" again. Not for everybody out there holding shares, but for those who can just print as many as they want after they reduce the number of outstanding shares to a tiny fraction of what's out there now. That's my guess, anyway.
