I spoke with him for 23 minutes on the evening of February 17th. He confirmed that the first merger is in progress and also indicated that multiple acquisitions are coming our way. He explained that he is an "operations guy" and that he "builds companies from the ground up." He guaranteed success for this NEW company we call New-AHFD.
