Section 3 (a)(10) exemption shares are directly free trading with no restrictions. The exemption is for bona fide debt already owed, for immediate debt relief. NOT INTENDED for insider enrichment and forward looking garbage plans as is the case here. No MJ anything will ever be constructed. The exemption is fraudulent IMO in a blatant fashion. I encourage folks to read the language in the exemption for themselves and prior precedents regarding enforcement of fraudulent hijackings.
