If NTEK is indeed incapable of actually having audited financials completed for whatever reasons, could they not basically do with all their "assets" e.g. UltraFlix, MagicScreen3D, 4K Studios, Nanotech Communications, Nanotech Media, etc. what they are currently doing with Nanotech Gaming Labs? e.g. Basically, to move them into entities which are capable of having clean audits completed in a timely and forthright fashion and maybe later rebundled or brought back under a single umbrella if desired or necessary, using yet again, another clean slate and readily auditable entity?
I'm sure it will be said that it would surely appeal to NTEK insiders as a way of creating new share selling opportunities, which of course would also be true. imo
