My hunch (as long as those are still allowed).. Is that the extraction process and protocol was not as efficient as advertised but certainly worked to some degree. Everyone signs on as this becomes optimized for both effect and safety concerns of FDA.. I would guess this has been ongoing. Add any legal wranglings and you got a quiet stock. Still no excuse, IMO. But seems like these type issues are resolvable or may already be so... Setting the stage for significant recovery.
