Here is my response to the same question posed 3 days ago... it has not changed...

As others have stated volume is a big piece of the puzzle... below please find a quote from Ian Cassel with a link to the article "Conviction to Hold." Well worth a read... imo...

I have other confirmation which is meaningful to me, but i will not share on a message board, so you are left with little choice but to discount that as meaningless... i am confident the early institutions have arrived and are accumulating... more to follow... jmo... glta...
