Where is the S-1? Do you have a prospectus? Who is lead underwriter? Which board members are on the IPO committe? Which company is doing an IPO? Is it NantBioscience or NantSound? They're the only two INCs he owns.

Please explain. I'm confused. There is not anything about any of PSS's companies that would indicate an IPO is forthcoming.

I see headlines and the media mentioning an IPO, but that info, of course, cannot be trusted. The media are often used to obscure and hide a company's "stealth" activities.

Are you sure? Two of my brokers said their IIDs had come up with no financing activity to indicate an INITIAL public offering was in the works.
