Technically TITXF did copy ISRG by developing the Amadeus for many years, only to realize it all infringed on their patents. I'd rather be invested in a company that has experience with fda approval and has already sold their product thousands of times rather than a company that failed with its first product, and has been developing the new product for three years with not even a picture to show for it. It also doesn't help that the company's management is fragmented across North America and not working under the same roof. Good luck with TITXF, you will need it!
