Remember, a PEA was not even originally part of the company's plans. they were going to go straight to a BFS. So ask yourself, Why would mark insist now that we complete one ( and incur the cost) if it wasnt going to be a positive step forward for Niocorp? it must be good enough to then start the finance meetings with Morgan Stanley a Credit Suisse , Banks etc. I would hate to be selling today andor be out of position if we get a typical Monday news release before the open :)
