There are very little facts available. More than 1 month ago Pervasip announced that the financials details of an acquisition would be forthcoming, and then clammed up.

Carbon Flux Found announced that they now control 9.9% of Pervasip's O/S, which implies that the O/S suddenly climbed to 3 billion shares.

And, PVSP failed to file a NT 10-K, so their financials are now overdue.
Last year the financials were filed 6 months late. And they were not good.
