one of the merger docs had the value of vaporin at $9 with "The Vape Store" 55 locations in 2015. i think it might get there (or above hopefully) with some hype this year. the purchase price was at a discount of $4.50ish a share assuming they couldn't have 55 locations. they have 19 locations already (9 of them being mall kiosks).
