After an SEC Suspension for Financials delinquencies it is too late for compliance by the suspended company.

Out of 1290 SEC Registrant stocks that were suspended for Financials delinquencies all 1290 had their registrations revoked....no exceptions.

Read the section under Suspended SEC Filers sent to the Grey Sheets and then revoked:
