Unfortunately the management team do not have the will or desire to make the changes we all know are so desperately needed. History shows that despite the best of intentions wishful thinking prevails over good business sense and one man's intransigence and unwillingness to acknowledge his limitations has cost us dearly. Even if we get EPA approval then what ? My guess is more muddling and tinkering and delays.
