No, Eyetalk is a licensee of REVO. Eyetalk was created solely for the purpose of facilitating our lawsuits, commercializing the patents, and acquiring licensees. In return Eyetalk gets 60%.. well I should probably say REVO gets 40% from Eyetalk BIG difference
