Both of you actually think this has something to do with American legalization, and believe HC's speculation of 400,000 patient, this is the biggest BS of all. none of these cases will make any rulings as to legalization period.. They will make decisions on Medical need, constitutionality, and patient rights to access, a very very small part of medical patients that medically fit into a very very small criteria for access. American and Canadian Investors that believe that legalization is coming soon are choosing to ignore the fact that HC has never mentioned it ever, and they will not even allow it to be classed as a medicine? Tweed can continue to spend investor money on studies and partnerships but this is all a waste unless HC reschedules and gives it a DIN# and they have proved in court that they WILL NOT DO THIS. IMO I would be looking to dump as nothing about Medical Cannabis will change for at least 5-10 years, Are you willing to tie your investment dollars up for that LONG??????? more dollars then brains.
CC4dollars, you need to do your DD, as at least half of these Patients only joined the MMPR to stay legal, they will be leaving whenever they get their rights to choose their own medicine again.
