I own Technis Energy stock and lost a lot of money.Their operating company is Embassy Oil Well Services. Look them up as operator at Texas RRC.com. They are broke. All their wells produce about 2-3 bbls per day, They mad about 250K last year. This deal about Technis buying them out is false. It is just an exchange of worthless stocks.
