Well they can barely sell squat for equity.. So they need liquidity which only will come with strengthening business. Default would halt business activities not the trading and the patents are not worth anything if business activities do not exploit and proliferate use thereof..

So what choice does anyone have but to wait.

I think financing is assured once they have an effective FDA approved protocol. On the surface and logic implies they are struggling with this.
