I thought it was Pervasip that was hurting its shareholders, by posting losses upon losses upon losses, by diluting its stock from 4 million shares to 2 billion shares and climbing fast, and by promising many new products that never materialized, or came late with no sales at all.

How about that Vox calling card, do you think it ever sold $1,000 worth of calling cards ?

And the IOS app that was supposed to double PVSP revenue ?

And the Forward-Looking Statement promise that the company would become cash-flow positive within 2 Quarters ?

And the sale of the entire VoxCorp "subsidiary" to an insider for peanuts ?

That unending string of failure, that's what caused the stock to drop all the way down to $0.0002 and $0.0001. Not the harsh words I use to denounce those selfsame failures.
