think you may have gotten lost when you drove by there, just the other day one of the people sharing DD with us drove by there and they have a long string holding a sign on the property, im thinking you may have not seen the correct property when you drove by there, hope you had a good truck because this person did and they were able to successfully make it through the snow....
you reference the CEO's psychiatry of how the check is filled out and completed - the BUSINESS check that INCC submitted to the county for the fees
you also reference most county's taking fees by cashiers checks for their fees...
im not a psychiatrist so I would not know how someone's handwriting would impact their decisions...
but I do know very well about forms of payment that county's will accept as payment, and normally they will not accept CASH
but credit cards, debit cards, business checks - are the most common forms of payment for fees to municipalities for licensing...
many times in real estate between a buyer and seller, there is cashiers check needed
but in licensing fees to the county, in my experience, I HAVE NEVER SEEN CASHIERS CHECK AS A FORM OF PAYMENT, and I MEAN NEVER !!!
