EOF, I am not a hound when it comes to a PR from PVEC. Obligation vs. substance comes in to play. I prefer substance over obligation and I do not care when.

It is like fishing in a deep dark river pool. The bite just comes unexpectedly. Sure, time span bothers me but after such a long wait, wouldn't you rather have an announcement that will send the pps a-flying?

A "oh, by the way" PR that just says hi and good bye is like getting a pre-printed Holiday Card with a hand stamped greeting "Bill and family". No substance, just fulfilling a perceived obligation.
