The words Mark used in the last BNN interview were "PEA PROBABLY next week" and "FS late Q3 - early Q4".
So, Mark was not very firm about PEA this week. The way I read it: PEA - next week, FS - October.
I understand why the company wants to push the FS - they have new elements to add and this needs more time.

We (the board) are kind of used Mark to "under promise".
When he does not, we are kind of disappointment.
We have to be patient.
